3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to a Change of Mind

HS Collection will gladly accept returns due to a change of mind provided that we receive a request to return the item within seven days of receiving it and that the item is returned to us unused, in resellable condition, and in its original packaging.

 

Return transportation will be paid at the clients cost and will be expected to organize their own delivery.

Orders shipped internationally typically take 4 to 22 days to arrive. This varies significantly depending on the chosen courier. When you select your courier at the checkout, we are able to provide a more specific estimate.
